The Importance of workshops and seminars on various aspects of the research process for fostering a research culture cannot be overemphasized. To augment the research capabilities of our students, staff, and faculty, CMR will organize 10 workshops annually. These workshops will be designed to provide hands-on training to participants on topics such as Systematic Literature Review, Factor Analysis, Multi-level Data Analysis; and research tools such as NVivo, AMOS, Publish-or-Perish. The workshops will be free for UMT faculty and staff, whereas a nominal fee could be charged from students. Keeping in view the ‘hands-on-training’ objective, each workshop will accept 20 to 25 participants. The participants will also be awarded certificates.
