n Akbar Saifi – Director CMR
Imran Akbar Saifi is serving as an Assistant Professor at Hasan Murad School of Management (HSM), he has been affiliated with HSM for the last thirteen years with a wide national and international experience in academic as well as corporate sectors in United Kingdom and Pakistan. His education includes a BE in Textile Engineering from National Textile University, Faisalabad, an MBA in MIS/IT from London Institute of Technology, London, MS Management from UMT, Lahore, and P.hD. Management from Putra Business School (UPM) Malaysia (awaiting thesis defense). He also served as Director MHRM program till 2009 and Director of MBA Eve Professional from 2016 to 2018. Prior to his services at UMT he acted as a consultant and Head of the Department of Textile Engineering at BUITEMS, Quetta for five years.
- Shiza Kazmi – Assistant Director CMR
Shiza Kazmi is currently working as a Research Associate at the Center for Multidisciplinary Research Unit, Dr Hasan Murad School of Management (HSM), University of Management and Technology Pakistan. She has two years of experience working with the Editorial team of UMT Research journals. She has completed a Master in Philosophy (MPhil) degree in the field of Management from the University of Punjab. Her focus of research is mainly on Management, Organizational leadership, organizational learning, and green practices. Besides teaching, she also published various papers in national and international journals.
